- More than 40 years experience in the racing industry

- Overseas training of apprentices for 6 years in South       Korea 

- Now the Head of the riding department for South

  Africa

Matron 

- Bachelor of Economics 

- 4 years of experience in the education sector

- Matron of the Gauteng Jockeys Academy for 3 years
